WHO CAN WE HELP?

Companies that engage THE CORPGOV GROUP typically fall into two categories:  

1) Large and Complex

These companies have a large and complex international entity structure that allows them to conduct business overseas, repatriate cash, expand into new markets, employ associates in foreign countries, create regional offices, etc.....The larger the company and the more complex your international entity portfolio becomes, the more difficult it is to keep your structure running efficiently and affordably.  Even companies that have terrific and experienced corporate secretarial/corporate governance teams are prone to certain pitfalls that result in excess spending and inefficient structures.  If you are a large Fortune 500 company, chances are that your international entity structure was formed at the behest of you tax department or development office on a project-by-project basis as a need arises.  The global view of how all these entities are positioned and the overall expense is often overlooked or ignored in an attempt to grow your international footprint as quickly as possible.  We often see that a "just get the project done quickly and at all costs" approach can take over and the yearly maintenance fees and expenses begin to get out of hand.  There is big potential for wasteful spending if this mentality is not caught in a timely manner and fixed.    

2) Smaller and Expanding

These smaller and mid-sized companies are typically just starting to entertain the idea of international expansion or perhaps already have a small portfolio of international entities overseas.  We know how to set up international entity structures in an efficient manner.  Depending on what your needs are, we will help you expand into new countries, get you connected with the best registered agents and law firms, and lay the groundwork for an international entity structure that is built with a solid foundation for future growth.

*Ensure that you are getting the best deals from your existing service providers (and help you negotiate better better rates or find new firms if you are not).  We have expertise in negotiating maintenance fees, lease agreements, hiring local counsel, hiring registered agents, and "problem solving" in jurisdictions all over the world.  In 2015 we were able to save a client $200,000+ per year annually going forward as a result of a deep dive into their spending habits in one particular European jurisdiction.  Between now and the year 2026, this project (which we accomplished in less than a month) will save the company around $2 million dollars.
